The unloaders were fast, efficient and thoughtful. They did a great job. I would recommend LoadUp to family or friends. My kids were tired from 10 days packing and loading. We only had my daughter and son-in-law on the unloading end. It would have been too much for the two of them. Very grateful. The price was affordable for me.

Richie Morgan was AMAZING !!! Hard to believe one man could move this matress. Queen size ! Had it out of my bedroom in the back, and out the front door in less than 5 minutes !!! I really liked the up front pricing. No surprises, no padding the bill. The only problem was that I was told that I would get a call 30 minutes before they arrived. I received a text saying they were on the way. I rushed to the storage facility and waited 2 1/2 hours. They were on the way to Long Island from Connecticut with traffic! I would use them again is spite of the poor communication.

These wonderful people were fast and amazing when getting furniture out of tight places. I thank God for them and would recommend their services to everyone!
